Seventh Rays of the Sun: A Synopsis

Growing up, Jane felt her name was the most insignificant thing about her, but to the new psychology professor, Vincent, it was a sign. College was supposed to be a fresh start and, for Jane, she hoped it would be a way to escape high school, not find out this is your fourth life and your psychology professor knows you a little too intimately.

Since meeting Vincent, her dreams have become all too real. However, until she saw his body glow red underneath his skin and saw his body break into pieces in her dreams, did she truly fear him. But no matter how much she was afraid of what he knew and who he was, she couldn’t deny how much he intrigued her. On the other hand, Owen, Jane’s classmate, has skin that grows gray and eyes that blacken. Which is nothing compared to the burning, sickly feeling that seems to only boil up in Jane whenever they’re together.

As she grows to trust Vincent and her new roommate, Gabby, she learns more about herself and finds out her vivid dreams are actually flashes, periods of time when her and Vincent’s souls return to relive pieces of their previous lives. As Jane faces her flashes, she not only faces the demons from her past, but learns that even in the seemingly trustworthy lie some of the most two-faced people.
